Drug Uses - Levbid is indicated to control excessive stomach acid production, excessive secretion from the pancreas, and excessive sweating and drooling associated with diseases like Parkinson's disease.

How Taken - Levbid comes as a capsule to be taken orally with a full glass of water. It is obligatory to swallow it whole without chewing, dividing or crushing.

Warnings/Precautions - Consult with your doctor if you experience numbness or tingling in your hands or feet; liver disease; ulcerative colitis; thyroid problems; high blood pressure, an irregular heartbeat, or any type of heart disease; enlargement of the prostate; or asthma, chronic lung disease, or allergies. In this case you may need special dosage or monitoring. It may also happen that you are not able to use Levbid. There is no reliable data whether Levbid is deleterious to a nursing baby. If you are pregnant, do not use Levbid without medical consultation.

Missed Dose - You should take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Nevertheless, if it is near to the time for your next dose, do not take an extra tablet to catch up for the dose you forgot. Wait and take your next tablet at the regular time. Do not take a double dose.

Possible Side Effects - Stop taking Levbid and seek medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); an irregular or fast heart rate; rash or flushing; or eye pain. Continue taking Levbid and contact your doctor in case you experience headache, dizziness, or lightheadedness; weakness or nervousness; blurred vision, large pupils, or sensitivity of the eyes to bright light; nausea, bloating, heartburn, or constipation; changes in taste. Other side effects may also occur.

Storage - Store at room temperature away from heat and moisture. Levbid should be kept out of the reach of children.

Overdose - If an overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical attention. The most common signs of a Levbid overdose are headache; nausea; vomiting; dry mouth; difficulty swallowing; blurred vision; dilated pupils; hot, dry skin; dizziness; drowsiness; confusion; anxiety; seizures; weak pulse; and an irregular heartbeat.

More Information - Levbid may cause dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision, so be careful when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. You should avoid such activities if you experience dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision.
